УРЯДОВІ КАБІНЕТИ ТА ЇХ НАСЛІДКИ В КОНТЕКСТІ СТАНОВЛЕННЯ ПОЛІТИЧНОЇ СИСТЕМИ МОЛДОВИ (1991–2001 рр.)

Запропоновано політологічний аналіз становлення політичної системи Молдови у проміжку 1991–2001 рр. Визначено місце урядів у контексті напівпрезиденталізму в Молдові. Проаналізовано конструкції партійних (однопартійних і коаліційних) і непартійних (технократичних) урядів, визначено різницю між ними в умовах прем’єр-президентського напівпрезиденталізму. Розглянуто базові причини трансформації політичної системи в напрямі парламентаризму.
