FEATURES OF FORMING OF CIVIL SOCIETY ARE IN UKRAINE

Abstract

In the article the personal touches, factors and specific of becoming and development of civil society are investigational in Ukraine. It is educed that forming of civil society is a difficult enough process. Really the real civil society exists only in a country with a highly developed market economy. In Ukraine it costs to make reality of conception of correlation of person, society and state, that will be able to change today's mentality of man, form a conscious individual with the high level of political, legal and economic culture. Also it costs to notice that becoming and development of civil society in our state has the specific. In mentality of population of Ukraine long enough a stereotype dominated that a leader must settle all problems of the state. Id est there was not enough proof cooperation between society and power, citizens did not see a necessity herein, did not realize that each of them can become the active subject of politics, to create public structures and influence on power.
