NORMATIVE AND LEGAL APPROVAL OF RESULYS OF SOCIOLOGICAL RESEARCH IN UKRAINE

The article deals with the consolidation of the results of sociological research in the legislation of Ukraine. Elections of representative bodies update the need for a clear elucidation of the legal framework for the consolidation of the results of sociological research in Ukraine. It should be noted that the need for the timely receipt and analysis of complete, reliable information on the results of sociological - a multifaceted problem, however, is a topical issue of modern political science. That is why in the article the problem of creating an organ in Ukraine that would check the reliability of the dissemination of data on the results of sociological research is actualized. It also emphasizes the importance of legislative consolidation of the process of sociological research and the responsibility for the publication of false (false) results of sociological research, which in turn may impede the free formation of the will of the voter.
