In the article the questions of relations are examined between ethics and right, between a civil law and law moral. And also the problems of defence of fundamental values, necessary for guaranteing of the general blessing a law light up. Examined ethic-legal aspects of government control of the system of health protection in Ukraine on principles of bioethics, grounded on interpretation of life of man as the greatest fundamental and inviolable value. Influence of bioethics lights up on activity of organs of state administration of health a guard in relation to honour of dignity of man and seving of life on all stages of its development.
